My sad cuckoo
Tuesday,13th October 2020
I entered conversation
with my instinct and revelation
for the misdeeds by a human being
who failed to bring the rapport with nature
It is purely my imagination,
in relation
to our failure
for protecting nature
Oh, Cuckoo dear,
why do I fail to hear?
your sweet and melodious voice
in the morning with golden promises!
No, no dear
it is not true here
I find shame with my existence
why human beings are so tense?
it is our greed
and mentality not to heed
let others bleed
but we can't see fertile earth to feed
but why do you send us in exile?
why cut forests in indiscriminate style!
why cause a mass exodus of birds?
and miss the natural melodious words!
Yes, cuckoo, you are right
this is a fight for the existence
we have lost our common sense
We have given greed a prime importance
I understand the message behind your sadness
but miss your melodious voice
we cannot see your presence with the morning music
this reminds us of our failure to understand the basic
