My Ways Are No Longer My Own Poem by Mohammad Younus

My Ways Are No Longer My Own

My ways are no longer my own—
this truth I know.
As heavens stretch above the earth,
I am bound to their heights,
held by an unseen thread,
spun by the divine hand,
dancing to his cosmic rhythm.

My thoughts are not my thoughts,
though they whisper as if mine.
The script lies hidden from my sight,
yet shapes my every step,
etched by an eternal pen,
woven into the fabric of forever.

In the silence of night,
his will unfurls—a secret hymn,
whispered to hearts that seek.
Lovers linger in the dark,
drawing light from hidden truths,
unearthing treasures where shadows fall.

Those who tread his path
become his joy—
children of the Most High,
moving as their Father wills.
No words need utter the forbidden truth;
to act is to align,
to know is to obey.

They cannot stray—
who hold the hidden rope.
Unknown to the world,
they dwell in his embrace,
riding his wings,
cradled by his love—
Father of all, keeper of the children.
