My Wifey Poem by Randy McClave

My Wifey

My wifey is such a wonderful lass
And unto her I must always boast,
She never argues, and she'll never sass
Every morning she prepares for me eggs, bacon and toast.
She cleans my clothes and also the house
And she always does the dishes,
She is such a wonderful and loving spouse
She also grants all my desires, and my secret wishes.
And she doesn't lie and she doesn't cheat
She is always honest and true to the core,
She even washes my aching feet
Whenever I am exhausted, and tired and wore.
Never once have I heard her complain
While she was with friends, or at my side
And never did she scream out or shout about pain
Never once because of her, have I ever hid or cried.
She dresses in the outfits that I like her to wear
Whenever I want or I ask her to,
And she knows the style that I like her hair
All I have to say is, "I Love You".
I can go out with my friends anytime that I want
And when I return home, dinner or breakfast is always ready,
My endeavors because of her never return to haunt
Never are her feelings or emotions unsteady.
My wifey is such a wonderful mate
She always supports my needs and my wants and schemes,
And she is I believe my true destined mate
But, sadly though, she is only the wife in my dreams.
