Mysterious Cheetah! Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

When he wants to avoid that young Cheetah
and tread in a path not known to her,
she comes in front from the opposite end
and thrills him with a nice smile.

His advice to her for catching some young dogs,
has no effect in her impassioned heart.
She favours him with luring smiles
and glances which make him face a dilemma.

When he deviates from that strange beauty
some forcesunknown draw him towards her.
He struggles in vain to hide even in sleep
Her face which glimmers and dazzles him.

There is mystery in the forces of nature
Which makes to soar or shrink our stature.
