Nan (A Poem By Kylie Louise Soar)

Nan,
What can I say? ,
Except that I hold you dear.
I knew you were always around the corner,
For me to see and hear

I will always be your Lou Lou Belle,
And that will never change.
Although you are further away now,
My thoughts remain the same.

Mum, Nan, Great grandmother,
You were amazing at them all,
Our dinner dates and shopping trips,
I enjoyed spending time with you,
That's for sure.

Growing up, with you so close,
Was really such bliss,
As you knew just what to do and say,
And to give a loving kiss.

I am so glad you were part of my wedding,
And later you got to meet and hold my Archie.
We shared so much together,
So much that I can remember forever.

I am not sure what to easy now,
But please hear this truth,
I will miss every part of you,
You always knew what to do.

You are out of pain, confusion, and any loneliness,
That you may have been enduring here in life
I hope you are somewhere safe and calm,
Where you can look down and watch over us.

You deserved the very best from life,
I hope that's what you got from it,
I will miss you Nan, please forever remember,
I love you a lot, a lot, a lot

From,
Kylie Lou Lou, Curtis and Archie.
