One gets the most
exuberant feeling
when one touches
a tree, with both hands.
Sit by a lake
and to put your feet in.
Breathe in
the sweetest air.
Truly, these are
the actions that
truly count,
asthe tree,
the water, and
the air are alive
and care about you.
Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings.... Research done in hospitals, offices, and schools has found that even a simple plant in a room can have a significant impact on stress and anxiety.
Scientists are beginning to find evidence that being in nature has a profound impact on our brains and our behavior, helping us to reduce anxiety, brooding, and stress, and increase our attention capacity, creativity, and our ability to connect with other people.
Thank you for sharing this superbly poem on Mother Nature, Tonyyyyy. She is so inspiring, so loving, so kind, and caring. Yet, some rarely take a moment of their day to be grateful to her, sadly...
We can learn a lot from nature: Even during a storm, Nature is somehow always at peace. Nature is content with Itself.... Nature understands that all things have a purpose under God.... Natures shows us that God is always with us.... Nature provides us with unconditional love. The sun shines and the rain falls on good and bad alike... Nature has an endless amount of patience...
Human beings have an inbuilt desire to be with nature, it may be the result of spending the majority of our evolutionary history (over 99%) closely connected to nature. The soothing effect of nature is also caused by multiple incoming sensory signals. A beautiful scenery, gentle sounds and a nice scent contribute to relaxation. Research has found that just the sight of flowers can already have a relaxing effect. Also, the scent of roses can make you feel more relaxed.
Our relationship with the natural environment can be understood through the concept of biophilia and the biophilia hypothesis. This term is defined as humans' innate need to affiliate with other life such as plants and animals. This essentially means that humans have a desire to be near nature.
Nature is very importance of humans have needed to survive and thrive, was provided by the natural world around us: food, water, medicine, materials, for shelter, and even natural cycles such us climate and nutrients.... Some animals give us food.

Studies reveal that children are healthier, happier, and perhaps even smarter and more creative when they have a connection to nature. Nature has positive effects on children with attention deficit disorder, asthma, and obesity, and being in nature relieves stress and improves physical health.
