Nature's Child Poem by Ruta Mohapatra

Nature's Child

Rating: 5.0

As I venture into the lap of nature
The green into my heart enters
The palm, the coconut, the casuarina swaying
The wind through their leaves singing
The sand, the surf, the waves breaking
The wind in my hair playing
The water round my ankle pulls
The sea into its depth calls
