Near Ones - Poem by Hasmukh Amathalal

Near ones
Women are soft spoken
And they are easily taken
Not because mentally they are weak
But at the real time they fail to speak

Their most powerful weapon is tears
They will easily burst with fear
It has power to move anyone
Man with hard feeling too can be wooed even

It has nothing to do with gender
Sometimes man shed tear in anger
When he has failed to reveal
Or what has gone wrong in real

Woman may break down
And her grief shall be known
When she may sob and explain
With reasons in pan

Eyes generally convey
But inside grief shall give the way
To come out in open
And show it
To the friends or near ones
