Nebulous Gloom Poem by Ziyanda KUBONI

Nebulous Gloom

Cloudy
Misty
That's how I see us
I fell in love with your ambiguity
It was a novelty
Our story was doomed right before the start
We were always poles apart
I fell in love, you did not and I couldn't handle the pain
All those feelings were in vain
I could only describe us with a tautology
Nebulous gloom, that's what we are.
Sailing the seas in different boats
Parallel to one another
I hope our fate isn't that of parallel lines
As we chase temporary vibes
Don't discard the memories you have of me in your mind.
Be it this life or another, you my love, I will find
