Never again to see the sunrise
as their light peeps through the window sills
and waving rays would wish
a good day ahead of me
Never again to hear the love birds
as they sit on a tree carcass
whispering sweet songs and exchanging kisses
a sign of love that would last forever
Never again to see the raindrops
as they condole to my sadness
each time you are greatly missed
as tears run freely from my whining eyes
Never again to see the sunset
the beauty of the colored ray of lights
as they dance on the horizon to
wish me goodnight
Never again to pick myself back
after being shattered many times
because of the promises you break
over and over again
Never again to savour this pain
as you break my heart the same way again
Now let me die and take this life
to my grave, shall there be peace and rest
