Raindrops In The Storm
raindrops falling off
my window pane
like teardrops running down
my innocence
in my life's loneliest journey
longing for a shadow
to make them disappear
it was you
walking under the rain
as the mist of greens
drapes on your toes
chilling, looking for a shelter
under the storm
i wish i could offer
my heart to be your home
but has been broken
long before you could turn
