Never Thought It Would End Poem by Marilyn White

Never Thought It Would End

Sitting here trying not to bleed
Blocking out the screams of murder
What is it that you can’t see
That I maybe dieing here
Without a trace unveil
The reason things end just like that
Drops of red fall in colorless term
Trying not to show any emotions
But I smear your face in the mess
Mirror mirror what do you see now
Something disillusioned non illustrated
A white wall being destroyed
Do you see the white lights
Of red of black pouring
Non existing is what you are
I wonder why now but it is clear
There was never any love
You just wanted to see me die
So as I slip away don’t forget
All the things you ever told me
