Never Turn Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Never Turn

Rating: 5.0

“Even if poison is offered as condition for love”
I shall gladly accept as believe
There may be something in your mind
Kindly to offer and remind

No physical touch is wanted
Not even kiss is related
Only eyes want to see you
From love angle and through

I shall want no dishonor
To die for cause that was never
In mind to malign and discredit
It was purely with intention to greet

I have wanted peaceful union
For being you as truest companion
What else I can ask for in return?
What face shall I show in turn?

You need not plan in contemplation
It is best bond coupled with relation
You are free to judge and accept
Nothing shall be thought over when offered to weep

Shall I have poison that is so sweet?
Will that take me to meet you?
If not here then any where else in dreamy land
Never turn as bitter foe than true friend
