What do we expect of others
Who write new poems each day?
Do we wish them to review ours
When we post them, come what may?

We hope they will all read them,
Pass comments when they wish,
But hope their criticisms
Will not cause offence ~ just bliss.

Our words we post here daily,
Written in verse with scan and rhyme,
They may not scan correctly,
Or rhyme, line after line.

This Art of Writing Poetry,
When done by you and me,
Is seen differently by each poet
Who writes constantly.

We hope you like our poems,
As I do those of yours,
And that you’ll read them all,
Often, ~ but with a pause.
