Tulips grow on a field
next to a burning body
you say good bye to me
I dont know how youll wield
a glorious battle just took place
theres a ringing in my ear
next to the highway
so fortunate am I
I looked deep into your eyes
just knowing you were filled with lies
huffing and puffing up above
floating with the dove
I knew strait away
you had a misfit around you
covered in deep sky blue
we walked up the road
never to be sold
into the banquet filled with dread
somehow it will all end when we are dead
sleeping beauty passing the time
and I know everything will be fine
as the clouds turn dark
the dogs begin to bark
I never should have fell in love
with a stranger
what a lover she made
now enough is enough
time ticks so slowly
filled with energy and bulbs
which light up the sky
