'Nine-Eleven', Seven Years On Poem by Joyce Hemsley

'Nine-Eleven', Seven Years On

Acrostic:

Terrorism at its worst can strike most anywhere,
Evil and so wicked, and corrupt beyond compare.
Remember that September in the early morning?
Remember the Twin Towers, falling without warning?
Overpowering vibrations zigzagged through the air,
Recurring and constant, was the crying of despair...
In anguishing horror, those innocent people died.
Such sadness and heartache forever will abide.
May God forgive suicidal factions, for they see not
~~~~ the outcome of their ruinous actions ~~~~
