No Bitterness Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

No Bitterness

No bitterness

Well said and done
If that happens even
We are all sent from heaven
And happily driven

The divinity is felt
I many form forms and smelt
That has become our way of life and faith
And shall remain so till death

Each count we breathe
Improves our health
Builds stamina and vigor
We survive with honor

Let us respect
And act
In conformity with our ideals
And feel real

The religion is for us
To observe with trust
Not forcing others to follow
But sincerely allow

As mother and sister
Let us not feel biter
But rejoice at our being
And try all efforts to bring (happiness)
