No Hidden Agenda Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

There is no hidden agenda
It is pure feeling not expressed in verses or stanzas
I long for universal happiness and prosperity
I always bow down and pray to almighty

I know for sure that many lead undignified life
This is not helping them to cut the edge of knife
It pushes them towards brink of disaster
They were never made to feel as their own master

Life seems so hollow and unworthy
It is full of pain and apathy
No end seems to be in sight
For them nothing wrong or right

On the other side many suffer because of plentiful
They are on top and very much successful
Still they remain inactive and prefer isolation
For them life is something with no relation

The humanity and kindness has got no meaning
Such ideology or thoughts are definitely weakening
Our foundation and dignified way of living’
So many people are desperately diving



The deep sea is only their refuge
The society derecognizes them and refuses’
Their existence as fellow human being
Though we are all actors in ring

It is really a blessings that has been showered
We have definite ideology and strongly powered
It has all the answers for rushing to the needy
So many remain indoors and watch it as greedy

It does not help them either
The storm may not remain same and wither
Tomorrow may not be identical or same
We should not later on curse or blame

Let us be sympathetic and considerate
Not to side with evil doers and collaborate
As it is doomed to fail and bring disaster
We should move carefully and faster
