No More Dear World Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

No More Dear World

No more dear world

No more, dear world no more
Don't exploit here
The world is so beautiful to live with honor
Why you go after skin that has dark color?

For literary speaking
We were never shown liking
Not granted liberty and freedom rights
For centuries we were treated as slaves

Even, as on today, we suffer
Our natural resources are exploited here
The country's land is turned into barren one
We face cyclone and famine

Our children live in semi starved condition
Hunger and related deaths are common
People are fighting for domination
All over places you find rebellion

We are dying and no one thinks
Our color has taken heavy toll and printed us in dark ink
As if to have taken birth to suffer
We are treated worst than wild creatures

When will sun rise for us?
We have still trust
We may rise one day from ashes
And take world by surprise

No More Dear World
