No Place Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

No Place

There is no place,
Like the place one knows to go.
Where peace of mind deserved,
Has been earned to achieve and get.
Bestowed.

There is no place,
As much wished.
To return to leave behind,
Conflicts to avoid to forget...
Them to exist.

And there is no place,
No one else can touch.
Or mess with.
If this is wanted much to do.
To pursue this proven.

Not to know that which one has,
They value above and beyond...
Anything else,
Seen to flaunt or purchased to buy!
Criticize or defy its worth.

No place can erase.
Or replace effectively.
'That' Place!
One fortunate and blessed to receive.
It is just that peaceful.
