No Point In Anger Poem by Aisha Sherazi

No Point In Anger

No place to run to,
No place to hide,
No way to explain,
What I feel inside.

Can’t live with the pain,
But death is not yet,
Have to deal with this now,
Don’t know how to get.

Close to a way,
To find my way out,
Anger won’t help,
I cannot shout.

And so I type,
That is all I can do,
Until pain subsides,
Until I am through.

Feeling frustrated,
Out of my league,
Better be patient,
Than die of fatigue.

Great poem, Aisha! I love the fourth stanza... brilliantly stated! Brian
