No Such War Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

No Such War

No such wars

Who will answer?
For fewer questions
That has been left unanswered
And solution is not offered

They want to return
To homeland and turn
The destruction caused
And peace missed

Life is madly chased
With tension not eased
The warnings are released day by day
The third war is not far away

It shall be dangerous
With no poisonous gasses alone
But by submarine and air arracks
Coupled by use of atom bombs and hydrogen bombs kept in racks

So future is bleak
For human losses, nothing is there to speak
We have to watch only threats
And pray for no such wars
