I start with the premise that we, us human beings-we
are all terrible. I know this from past experiences. But by
the end of the day, as the sun goes down, and I realize those
things that happened that made me feel and think that people are terrible-
no, none of them happened today: no none of them happened today.
So I am impressed and actually surprised by how good and wonderful
some people can be.
What a poem with profound expression! Each one of us is different from others, the reason your name is different from mine is that we are two different individuals. We may agree or we may disagree. If anyone does us wrong, we can either slap back or simply ignore the slight and just utter a word of pity, because anyone who does another person wrong or hurt needs to be pitied, for those persons will always live an empty life.
Our past experiences shape who we are, it takes a very strong person to overcome that. I hope tomorrow is another good day for you too dear Julia.

Though some people in the past have been doing you wrong, they might be behaving in a different manner today. Their changed behaviour of understanding and love helps you have a new outlook on life and people! It gives you not only wonder but also joy! A very profound write on man's ability to improve and become better!
Thank you for elaborating on this theme; I do always have to be reminded! I appreciate your participation in this effort!
