Not caught again

Headache
Aches full body
Takes control of mind
And rest is nowhere to be found

Eyes get closed
Mind is really bogged down
The people around seem to be boring
And you get all worries like raining

Get no more excess doze
But choose
Simple rest
And lie down in cot

Rest is only medicine
You may feel fine
Within couple of hours
Take out from mind any fear that has occupied place

Worrisome stage is responsible
The headache is personal problem
More you think and get involved
The body and mind both are puzzled

Some medicines may give relief
But that shall remain brief
You should get rid of unwanted thoughts
And take care of not caught again
