Not Like Fool Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Not Like Fool

Rating: 5.0

I tried to catch air
But it looked unfair
It was never caged
Only in dream imagined

I desired that light should be stored
In simple basket to go for
World wide use
If no one refuses

Moon light appealed
But ideas I repealed
As it was sign of holy love
To be spared and believed

Stars did their job
Why should I try to rob?
They had all reasons to smile
Being far away winkle for while

Sky provided unlimited horizon
That was happy occasion
No limit to any kind of ambition
Only you have trust and relation

I acted not like fool
But like child in school
Who dreams for all worldly things?
But here I stood for nothing
