Not Me Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Not Me

Not me

Don't like me
-not at all
-not a bit, epsilon
- (when looking in mirror
-of justice and conscious.)

Hate seeing this nasty, unwanted,
-rejected, detested damn devil…

Yes, yes, yes
-talk of me, a sinner.

Every word is defined
-somewhere in history
-having etymology…

Sin to me is hurting
-someone or somebody
-do not care for the books
-religious, or law by legislate…

I set up the mirror
-of conscious and justice
-see me on other side
-what if was done to me?

I confess! I confess! , I confess!
-to me and myself and my conscious.

Yes, yes, yes
-in mirror I see me as sinner,
-in talking and action,
-flirting to taking others' share…

With this I, do extend
-my hand for forgiveness.

Do my best to behave
-confession, yes but not
-to priest in the box,
- (behind bars and slots)
-who, like me is devil
-if not worse
-not better than myself.
