Not My Kind Of Tinsel

I cringed for the opposition
(2-Party-Preferred)
on the day I voted,
and cringed again
for the opposite of the trumpeter Christomas Pine,
when I heard him blow 'We Won! '
six days later.

He won too.

Unless cheating was involved,
a majority! cringed for the Christomas Pine.

How the hell could you? !
