Not Surprised, But Astonished Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

In doubt, she rushed- their bedroom to raid,
And finding him hugging their maid, said,
Oh right under my eyes,
And God, what a surprise!
'No my dear', wrong usage, I'm afraid,
'Surprised are rather we,
'Astonished you can be',
Said husband- a lexic no mean grade.
