Not to judge

It is not good for human beings
to make a comparative study or bring
or stake a claim as an authority
for the comparison after the study

the judges are meant for judging a person
whether he was within his rights with reason
to violate or adhere to
the judge will fearlessly make the judgement

the judges, in their spare time, will analyse
compare and evaluate the sentences
pronounced upon after their reading
and award it leading to even imprisonment

sometimes, they even err
and create flutter
in the judicial circle
but they have authority to evaluate their work

but who will judge our work?
will we budge after the stricture word?
so we need not judge others
and create irritation with fear

even judgement is altered
when challenged in a higher court
this is how it is exercised
and fair treatment is promised
