Not to preach

Bank employees are part of Indian nation
They have stood like wall for contribution
If they are getting good salary
Their contribution is rare and exemplary

They are bearing abuses and insults
People show disrespect as if it is their result
Still they cooperate and go on working non stop
Their last week's work has received great applauses from top

Some of the people try to discourage their laudable job
Give idea of destruction and excite them to rob
Of rich harvest that is going to take place in near future
The move was strong and amply assured

Almost all media reports suggest
And try their best
To offer honest reports
There are fair and open comments

Let public have result of success
If little hardship can bring access
To all commodities within their reach
I feel it is better not to preach
