Nothing Left Poem by Balint Nagy

Nothing Left

You walked away and push the exit button
You still pretend that I mean nothing
You like to use your words as weapons
Go ahead girl, take your best shot ever
It's easy to see
You're no good for me

Don't rip the pictures off my wall
I buried them way before
There's nothing left
I crave no more
Don't try to find the pages
I burned them all
Lit the fire, walked away
There's nothing left to say

I felt like you're the one I've been missing
You're like a drug and I've been addicted
I wanted more that you could offer, so
I've found a way to escape from your prison
It's easy to see
You're no good for me

Don't rip the pictures off my wall
I buried them way before
There's nothing left
I crave no more
Don't try to find the pages
I burned them all
Lit the fire, walked away
There's nothing left to say

Don't rip the pictures off my wall
I buried them way before
There's nothing left
I crave no more
Don't try to find the pages
I burned them all
Lit the fire, walked away
There's nothing left to say

There's nothing left to say
