Nothing Less Poem by David Sabo

Nothing Less

I can't change what i dont know
the reigns i still control
dont ever try to take that from me
there are some things that were just not meant to be

I cant explain the things i contain
it burns in my veins
break the skin
let me drain

Im tired/of running/in circles/expired/my time of/pretending/its ending
I must find/a new way/to fake it/I break it/
remake it just to take from it, something i can save from it.
A liars way. relay. committ

So again i travel on, through the night, into dawn
I cant wait for the sunlight, lifes a fight, im a pawn
I cannot accept the fact that i was meant for something less
so right now im off the track, hunt the pack, nothing less.

Nothing Less.
