Now That I'm In My Sixties Poem by Raymond Farrell

Now That I'm In My Sixties

Now that I'm in my sixties
My body has taken
To doing many strange things
I am sure
It has its reasons
For example
Hair is disappearing
From certain places
But is simultaneously
Beginning to proliferate
In other places
I much preferred things
The way they were
And am not
All that thrilled
With the new abundance of hair
In my nose and ears
But my body
Like most people
Doesn't really care
What I think!

Yes, agreed but not much to be worried about as you are into the youth of your old age. Thanks. And am not.... All that thrilled With the new abundance of hair In my nose and ears
