Perhaps ignorant of nuance,
just-call-me-Marie
fed 'cake' to the people of France.

She could have just plied them with candles,
and still been at risk of her life.

A 'cake' is also a 'pushover' in France.
Cake-sensitivity is rife.

Cake sensitivity is wonderfully marked with reference to political scenario. This poem is very brilliantly penned. ..10
