So many I see daily
in parks and malls
searching
searching
kissing
kissing
smiling
smiling
and
as they push me off the bench
none say sorry
but say
can't you see
what we are doing
I replyyes
I too did it once
but behind curtains
they smacked me
oldie where is the place and time
go away sermon oldies
we a newer generation
can't you see
and
I smile
I also thought so
when I was as old
okay as young
as you
carry on
I shan't envy you
and
so I moved on
let them do what they have to genes out of control
no mind to behold!
