O Girdle Your Greed Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

O Girdle Your Greed

Rating: 5.0

Good enough better be than the best,
At the crest so highest
Tall trophies look modest,
And no more seem good in double haste.

The construction of this poem may be a Limerick, the meter may well be anapaest, and still the mood is not flippant, not tongue-in-cheek.
