Oceans Of Friendship Poem by Phil Soar

Oceans Of Friendship

A drop in the ocean
A drip in the sea
A welcoming emotion
Comes over me
I stand by the shoreline
And watch evening tide
Along with a friend of mine
Right by my side

Four paws accompany
My large bare feet
As water surrounds us
And tickles our feet
Stepping back slowly
Yet loving the cold
The two of us best pals
Now getting old
