Ode To A God In Disguise Poem by Abr Shd

Ode To A God In Disguise

Why hold on to the ring
Something that is so rotten
And reminisce when you are nothing
More than a past long forgotten
Why dare to love someone
When the one may never born
And bother trying
When you're destined to be forlorn

You're a God in disguise
A fiction too improbable
You exist
Cuz no one is there to see

Really a poignant rendition set aside for sober reflection. An insightful creation written with clarity of thought and mind. Thanks for sharing Abr.
