Oh Lady Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Oh Lady

You like me
Have two legs and two hands
Have a head and your face
Except for few parts we're same

But somehow
Like the moon and the sun
You shine on

All the eyes roll and turn
Some observe and shiver

What is wrong?

I stand
I focus

I see you, just like you

You have signs of prey
You like look of praise
Like peacock in its peak
In colors, lost and weak

On one hand I love you
And still, sure hate you

Oh lady
Oh lady
Oh lady

I've sworn and confirm
Your tree has no shade
You're great when afar
But when close a snake

Interesting poem. There is often such a very fine line between love and hate. Strange how sometimes we actually can feel both emotions towards somebody.
