Oh Once Again. Poem by brianda lee

I saw your face again.
As if nothing had happen.
We were friends again
For a second at least.
You ignored me for a bit.
But then you turned around and smile.
I saw what you were thinking.

We were lovers again.
At least in our thoughts.
We were students again,
To each others knowledge.
I saw beyond your eyes, and smiled.
You knew what i was thinking.

We said nothing,
We were friends once again.
We were nothing else.


So we just smiled,
And our thoughts, we buried.
