Oh Seasons - Poem by Hasmukh Amathalal

Oh seasons

Oh seasons
There are reasons
Why I love you all most as friends?
With little spell, you disappear at the end

Summer
You are pushing me away
From enjoying the dress
I sweat on whole body and face

My body leaves bad odor
That reason is for sure
I do not dislike
But in mind mostly it strikes

Winter, you are so sweet
I openly embrace and greet
It brings me close
To show the trust and repose

Monsoon, you come soon
To feed me with spoon
My mother earth greets you with full honor
I too fall for you as savior

With all these beautiful excuses
Spring I miss
Ii develop an urge to kiss
Appreciate garden and Colorful flowers
