Oh, sweet time
How wonderful you are
When days are in rime
And love‘s all afar
And nothing is going
It is just standing still
And drifts of hope showing
That none can fulfill

We wait and try to find
What we can all do
And then it's left behind
Or made to go through
But what will it be about
In times not yet here
When futures show doubt
And to it, all adhere

For nothing stands still
And dreams go away
And others shall fulfill
What they have to say
There comes another hill
And a road of a new day
With dreams to go until
Another point and will
