Old Photograph Poem by Carolyn Brunelle

Old Photograph

It’s all a dance!
Brash and gaudy
She laughs loud
And loves the grape
That frees her for awhile;
Reality is so confining.
A recalled stranger
From old faded photographs,
Skirts rejuvenated,
Revels in the fun
Still there in her head.

'Reality is so confining' and one must agree! Nice to escape into the past!
