On A Dream Poem by luna tsuki

On A Dream

On a dream I hung
All my wishing and
Desperate I clung
On the clock of sand
And in my heart I sang
'let it not end, let it not end'
For the links they stand
In the palm of the hand
With every breath they blend
With every tear they mend
And I pray on the dream
'let it not end, let it not end'
then the beam came along
And answered to the song
Hence joy rained
And whispers scattered vain
For on the dream that I hung
All my wishing and
Prayers spoke through
'let it come true, let it come true'

I too have dreams that I wish would come true. You expressed those feelings expertly. Loved it!
