On High Rise Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

On High Rise

Desire
If not put on hold or fire
May take you somewhere
Near disaster

It may not have full stop
But remain on top
With dreams fulfillment
In quick movement

People want to become millionaire
With adoption of means unfair
Sometimes by planning day light robbery
Or snatching poor men’s right by an adultery

It is mad chase
This can’t be easily erased
As human mind is full of acquiring new things
Whether by remaining poor or king

It is not marred by handicaps
Even if luck has delivered slap
It goes on high rise
With much to everybody’s surprise
