On How We Treat Others Poem by Francis Duggan

On How We Treat Others

On how we treat others we do have a choice
And like it is said it is nice to be nice
For your acts of kindness good things you receive
On such a philosophy i do believe
What we do look for in others we usually do see
And we create our own good or bad Karma would you not agree
Those in their great lust for wealth and renown
Who do seek advantage in dragging others down
The folly of their ways will surely live to rue
Since they will receive the Karma they are due
They are the best people it does seem to me
The people who for others have compassion and empathy
They sow the seeds of good Karma every day
By in helping others going out of their way.
