Cry out
cry out loud
like a wounded animal
No more time
to fashion metaphors
and chiselled phrases
just howl
howl yourself out
If silence has
rusted your vocal chords
let the cry crack through
your ribs
What a powerful poem coming straight out of a passionate and poetic heart
