On The Wrong Side Of History Poem by Hebert Logerie

On The Wrong Side Of History

You may be very rich and powerful,
But you're doomed to fail like a fool,
If you are on the wrong side of history,
Where a deep hole is your final destiny.

Hitler at one point found himself on the slippery slope
Where he crashed and his neck ended in a rope.
He eventually vanished, disappeared and gone
Like a flash of lightning on a cloudy afternoon.

No leader is more powerful than his constituents.
The power belongs to the People. No scavengers
Remain in power for an unlimited time. The wise leaders
Became statesmen and the bad ones became dirt in the pants.

When so many people are right, and you're so wrong;
You are indeed on the wrong side of history.
When you lie so much, that's a sign that you're not strong;
You are unbelievable, and only fools believe in your story.
