Once Made, Forever So Honoured Poem by james watkin

Once Made, Forever So Honoured

To divest this restful-plashed
Lilied, if foul-pooled scene
Of but one hard to contrast
With its fellow duck, toad
Would detract from the entire.
The Father's eye, serene
Yours, now, down on each man-child.
Earth's own worth, if forgoed?
