There she was in a room full of men
Not one wanted to judge, not one did condemn,
Whatever she wanted or whatever she did ask
They all saw and deemed it as a happy task.
Then one man walked in the room of the many
He showed her no respect for her he didn't have any,
While all the other men were telling her how beautiful she is
He talked only about himself, and what is only his.
All the other men have been to hell and back
All the other men have suffered from pain and heartache and flack,
Though from a true love they would never depart
Because, they all but one, have a big loving heart.
One man will treat her with ridicule and shame and hurt
That same one man will treat her like dirt,
Though sadly that is the one man that she forever chooses
The one man that will give her mental and physical bruises.
Remember always this, when truth and reality calls
The game is only over when the king falls,
Even if there is a cheater that moves on
The games not over, when the queen is taken by a pawn.
A man doesn't lose value because she betrayed him
For her love he would without a doubt give up a limb,
She only removed herself from the game
As for the man who loved and trusted her would go lame.
If she breaks a man's heart and her he still respects
Know this, he is never looking for the next,
In the end only then, will she truly know the cost
In the end only then, will she know and understand what she has lost.
